In my interview group there were 3 Kalitta pilots, 2 FO and 1 Captain (I believe an 8 year captain at Kalitta). The 2 FOs were regional FOs before Kalitta. One FO was hired, the other 2 pilots were not hired. You'd think Atlas would love pilots typed in the 747 with ACMI experience, but apparently not. Don't beat yourself up too much over it. There doesn't seem to be a magic formula.
Yeah, it's a little hard not too when they are hiring so many and I still apparently can't make the cut....it would've been a great job for me.
