Do you have to know the flow for both FO and Capt? I ask as some airlines seem to require FO to know both.

All that stuff will be in your SOP that you'll be issued during indoc. I'm not exactly sure, but you'll probably go over the flows in the procedures trainer just prior to sim. Don't wait until the last minute to look at them. They're all broken down quite nicely in the SOP. As an FO, you're only required to know the FO flows, but it doesn't hurt to at least have a cursory knowledge of the captain stuff. You'll be in that seat someday.
