I just learned Mike passed away on Jan 9 after a bout with lung cancer ... Many of you may know him as the tax guy in Memphis who offered you a drink and loved his dogs.. Always giving his dog a treat was a pleasure ..He has done my taxes for years and although very quirky he was a good man at heart.. He will be missed ... RIP Friend
