We could show up demanding more. From the looks of it however, it's going to take a strike to get a contract. Once we are on strike all bets are off. If we vote down a crap TA, we get to go right back on strike. I feel once we get to the point of a strike, we might as well keep it shut down until we get comparable pay to the legacies. I'm willing to strike as long as it takes.
But if we show demanding more than we originally asked, how has the NMB viewed that in the past? Because if they see that action as not bargaining in good faith, we'll be sitting for years waiting to be released.
