This is a possibility (it may or may not happen) because Alaska pilots did not protect their scope. No doubt Alaska and Horizon managements are well aware of this, and a new, technologically-advanced platform like the C-Series from a very close partner like Bombardier probably warrants some consideration. Without scope restrictions, a lot of possibilities open up... That's my point.
