Buy the new 100+seaters from CRJ, MRJ whatever and break the barrier. Change the formula and benefit everyone.
From a pilot's perspective, this only benefits regional pilots unable or unwilling to go to mainline. It screws all other regional and all mainline pilots. "Change the formula" give me a break.
