7. The mythical 4 hours was to push. 3 to show. 2:30 was a concession, but not a huge one.
The rest, either I like, or it is due to incompetence. I like being "rolled" into another hour of pay for another short call, after only sitting short call for 2 hours. Honest to god, it is my favorite. I go to be at night hoping to be "rolled" the next day. "Rolled" means I sat short call for 2 hours, then get the rest of the day off, and got paid an hour. Who wouldn't love that?
The unpredictability and incompetence. Yeah, I agree. Section 6 won't fix that. Personally I wish they would figure out how to pay me correctly first.
Most of what you wrote you don't like, I do like. So do almost all the other pilots I fly with.
I flew every lUAL reserve system since 1995. This is the best.
As far as the screw desk, I would say lUAL's were far bigger f%$#king liars than the current ones. Perhaps more competent in the past, but more out to get you as well.
