The majority of pilots would stay if pay and benefits were on par (Alaska rates are a good start) and I doubt there would be much problem recruiting if profits stayed the way they are now. Not everyone wants to do 4 day trips out of ORD.
Oh I don't disagree, but you can't wish these things into existence, all you have is what is currently true. Obviously the chess game Allegiant is playing in multiple areas is a short term gain. There are so many factors working against you that your long term survival is in doubt.
