How in the world do we have an 83% hire rate? When we interviewed v, the rate was much lower. HR must have gotten really good with the phone interview. I would hire everyone who showed up, personally, but 83% just seems odd. I just don't know how the training department can manage such growth.
The class sizes for the next few months are set. If they hadn't found enough qualified applicants, they would have interviewed more at the end of the month.
83% doesn't affect anything. Except that the Company probably won't interview again until March.
