The place is a family business and they might not be set up for what you need but where money is concerned they will probably work with you.

I used to work there. Saw the sim go in about a year ago. Owner bent over backwards to make sure it was set up properly. Not sure what his business plan is for it. Castle airport itself is a little remote and lonely. And the sim building... the first time you see it you'll say to yourself " You gotta be kidding me". But the sim is the real deal.
