We aren't the selfish ones.
We need to go after the people responsible for forcing or allowing the crewdesk do this kinda stuff. They're the ones treating you like widgets. In all fairness the Wx has been a big problem on the east coast the last couple of days and they probably don't have a good plan for recovery if past performance is an indicator.
How would you change the contract to fix this?
