You should check out the flight instructor's guide. Learning = a change in behavior as a result of experience. Evidence points out that people gain self esteem by doing self enhancing behaviors and making choices which honor their boundaries. So your statement sounds a little passively fatalistic....maybe you, and all Spirit pilots... buck up and do something to show we value ourselves, and we may earn the corresponding value from other's around us, like management.
