They need to concentrate on hiring competent pilots instead. This ain't the military where one has to suck your boss's nuts to excel.
Considering this is by far the easiest flying job I have had, I wonder what makes pilots stick out from one another ... Is it maybe that they are good people/citizens/employees and enjoy helping their fellow man?
