The grievance is in regard to the use of the ground (non seniority) instructors now all the way up to FTD1.

Pure hearsay but some pretty strong threats were made to drop the grievance. I'd say verify with your rep. My guess is that management knows they won't win in arbitration.

This grievance is quite a big deal in regards to staffing and even how it affects your monthly bid seniority even if you aren't in the training department.

Now more than ever we need to be holding them to every word in the contract.
