I don't hear anyone running around stating that we are "entitled" to anything. I do see a pilot group working hard and picking up a lot of slack in the day-to-day operation. Also, I do think the Allegiant Pilots are under paid compared to their peers and do deserve a solid contract / work rules / pay.
It has nothing to do with working hard. Walmart and McDonalds employees work hard too.
It has nothing at all to do with what you deserve, its about what you negotiate.
You deserve nothing. You are entitled to nothing. You are not special. You are not a beautiful or unique snowflake.
