One of the hundred or so solutions that would be a win/win for the company and pilot group. But it would require us to do it differently than "the way we have always done it" so we will keep one based staffed at 42% reserves and the other at 15%.
I had to laugh when CC sent out the last email saying that the one thing he has learned in leadership is that you can't improve by doing things the same way they have always been done. Like I think it was some type of inside joke that he made with MT or a bet he lost. Really sad that SGU is so afraid to try something different and see if it works.
