You should compare red font, black fill with red font, black fill. So, 2/22's class is predicted to have 35 people in it, all OTS. Take that number and compare to the number in the far right column of the hire date and if your number is equal to or smaller than that, then barring a bunch of differments then you should get the call. I think 2 Jul interviewees are on deck currently. Once a class is filled, I zero out the projected number of street hires for that date as well as adjust the hires dates to zero them out if necessary. So, I am still predicted 105 per month until April. After that, I have no idea.

Badger - Thanks for clarifying. Just comparing DAL's ~100 a month with the # above me (based on CJO date and) the red dates on your spreadsheet, my predicted indoc date is only off by about 3 weeks. That's good enough for me. Heck, gives me more time to keep working on remodeling my home. Thanks for all your work!
