I went in today to download the system timetable off the (regular public) UAL website. It was not there.
I contacted UA through their "help" phone number.
After speaking to someone who didn't have a clue what I was referring to, at one point I was told that was proprietary information, ha. I was given to a supervisor who also didn't have a clue.
She asked "other" supervisors; one of which who had supposedly been there 10 yrs told her, "we used to have them but ever since we merged we did away with them".
This is patently false; I have a downloaded System Timetable, that I downloaded (from the UAL website) around Christmas and it expired on Jan 2 2016.
I am retired and there ain't much you can do "out here".
If anyone could find out if it's gone missing on purpose or by mistake I would appreciate it.
