I had a phone interview with these guys last year. You can expect to fly about 500 hours a year, starting F.O. pay is 50k, CA starts around 70k. The reasons I did not go for the job were that you have to relocate to Monett, MO. It's about a two hour drive to any form of modern civilization. The only restaurants I could find on a google search at the time were a Hardee's and a Chinese restaurant. The other downside was that although I had about 300 hours of Encore PIC at the time, they would not let me fly as PIC, at all, even on empty legs, until I had 1000hours in type and had passed their specific training. The gentleman I talked to was quite nice, answered every question, and completely understood why I was not interested in taking the position.
