Where do you get your information? First of all, the company doesn't have a new negotiator. Appearances to the contrary, the senior VP that "retired" was never directly involved with the negotiations. Reading his update letters would have told you that. The entire time he was here he only sat in on one negotiating session. That was his first one, and he never came back. Exact same players coming back to the table in February.

Even if that were the case, which it's not, what a great tactic that would be! Change out negotiators every month and the mediator will reset everything to zero. Presto!
