Also figure that half the Southern FOs have 5+ years of seniority, and if I recall Atlas is about a 5 year upgrade? There's another training nightmare. I'd imaging a 3 year seat lock. Whatever 777 flying comes around gets thrown to the Southern side, whatever 747/767 flying comes around gets done by the Atlas side... at least for the immediate future.
