So sorry I missed this! I have been sick this week and handling some pretty big fires for some of the other websites I manage, and somehow this slipped under my radar.

When you create a brand new thread, there will be an option under the post and Submit New Thread button that should show you the poll options.

It should look like this (though mine has a few more options because I am an admin):
