Strap in. Open your ears and close your mouth.
I read the stuff on the TA forum. Definitely not cool.
Anyone know a rough timeline of all this negotiating stuff to come down the pike?
One thing to note specifically for all of us poolies: one post on the TA forum encouraged anyone on probation (that hopefully will be us soon) to mind our P's and Q's. The poster said things could get ugly like at Northwest where management axed newbies who for whatever reason were found to be walking on thin ice. Interestingly enough one of my rec letters was written by a Delta A330 captain who used to fly for NWA before the merger. He said things at NWA toward the end were not fun. Not trying to paint a gloomy picture (who knows how things will go?), just that we should be smart when we finally start getting paid.
