The rule is very simple:
Remain silent while on probation. Period.
Do not comment on the contract negotiations or any other aspect of labor relations at Delta Air Lines. Leave that to all of us "old timers"

Especially DO NOT say anything critical of management. Those poor guys are carrying a heavy burden these days.
