I would wager that every crew line adjuster, every crew track person, every stores person, and every mechanic is doing the job of at least FIVE people. When one person quits, I imagine it creates a small crisis. As far as picking up trips, etc, try to bid right the first time so you don't have to go through this. If your modus operandi is to drop everything, and rebuild a schedule, you should had gone to PSA.
