K wasn't because she deals with sim schedules, not IOE. M on the otherhand was. It will get very interesting in less than about a month though. I'm personally a LAMA member for the past 6 weeks....finally!!! Good luck to all current pilots. To all future pilots, pick some place that you'll be happy at for 10-20 years if the 's' hits the fan. (As an FO) Better to prepare for the worst scenerio than hope for the best. (Quick upgrade). In the past 2 years, United has hired FAR more Xpress Jet FO's with no PIC than Mesa pilots with years of PIC/check airman/OEO/Regional chief, etc. American ground schools are heavily filled with flow through and Delta is snagging as many military pilots and other select pilots (being PC correct with that one) as possible.
