The grievance was "resolved" after the roster was updated two months late. I didnt hear anything from the union. That isn't resolved in my book. That is done after the fact, after bids are due, etc etc. If I filed one for my latest schedule changes not being done in less than 48 hours, they would pursue it, crew line will get my schedule change done 48 hours late, it would then be "resolved" and nothing would change. Glad I'm leaving this company soon enough.
