It can be unpredictable, especially when factoring in the approaching deadline for furloughs to return. My video interview was in Aug '14 and my indoc was May '15. This was largely due to a wave of returning furloughs after the new contract was ratified. Some guys who were in the interview group immediately after me waited an additional 5 months for indoc, and some of those in the interview group before me got an indoc 3 months sooner.
