Of course. Each side is making the claims they feel support their model. Some may be true and others not (that's not to defend AAPSIC per se) which the arbitrators will validate or not. Snappy catchphrases won't sway the arbitrators IMO , but factual data will and the specifics of THIS integration to produce a list that best maintains PMCE, provides no windfalls and gives the most pilots possible the best realization of both future advancement and down-side protection.
