No--it's not just split trips--they manually process all transactions ever since the 117 rule change afaik.
I have requests for straight drops and straight pickups in for over 46 hours now--submitted 3-4 minutes after it opened and they're just "processing."
They manually process every single transaction bc the 117 parameters were never inputted--I promise you.
Again, why does Mesa management make all of this work for itself?
I believe that several airlines also use the same Flicka software.
I'm quite sure they don't do every single add, drop, swap, etc. manually by hand.
