The 'Ole Red Carpet is probably the cheapest, as long as you are already immune to anything communicable through: paper-thin walls, bed sheets (prepare for pubes), fluid (bring crocs for the shower), air (you can talk to your neighbor through the vents)...and you don't have anything you don't want be stolen from the parking lot. Otherwise its great!

Oh and prepare for other highball tenants to look at you like you are on fire when walking through the grounds in uniform.
