So why exactly can't they meet the 24 hour deadline? All the line adjusters seem to be there every time I've called the last few days:
- The Company will process all transactions no later than 24 hours from the time they are submitted. Should the Company feel that they will not be able to meet this time limit, they will contact the MEC Chairman and/or his designee and notify them as to why they cannot meet this deadline. This does not preclude the Company from continuing to process requests and they will continue to process all requests so as to not cause further delays with the awards.
