These are not the pilots that you need to spew this too. These pilots are shooting for their dreams. Leave them alone and let them enjoy their years of hard work. If they want to read on the Delta TA they know how to click on the banner. You don't need to go "educate them" and spew your all knowing wisdom.
Trust me they are well aware of the hardships of the airlines. But there's a time and a place for it. This is neither.
