FLICA and (Navtech) PBS. Everyone who's done both seems to think line bidding is better, but I've generally has good experiences with PBS in getting specific days off and the exact showtime/overnights/etc I want or don't want. At the same time, I think a common complaint is PBS is efficient to the point of lessening the number of required pilots at a given airline, so that seems like a valid concern.
