There is a very long history of hatred between Delta and MG. Uncle Moray bought Delta's aging DC-9-30's for about a million buck a piece, got a stage 2 waver, painted them and kicked Delta's a$$ making a boat load of money in ATL. I remember a visceral hatred between Delta, the Atlanta Constitution and CNN (they share board members) and Valujet and later AirTran. I don't think that kind of attitude fades.
