Contract clearly states the order that open time will be assigned withing 2 days, and Standing Avail pilots are in Group A, and any JRM pay can not be offered until ALL Group A pilots are exhausted before moving onto Group B pilots, where JRM order is established.
So yes, I do have a problem with the company when they offer JRM pay to any pilot on the Standing Available list because they are taking a JRM opportunity away from someone who is due the call prior to awarding to a volunteer on the Standing Avail list.
How do we get that info (who got jrm while on SA list before others?)
I got 0 calls this transition and I'm quite junior and there were like 9 open trips some going to people that had reserve day conflicts w the trips. No idea if they got JA pay or not though
