Not a chance. You're talking about individuals who are only concerned with fattening their bonuses and climbing up the corporate ladder as fast as possible. They aren't concerned with the viability of the company 10 or even 5 years down the line because that's outside of their field of vision and not coexistant with their personal interests... Plus, I've heard that the break even point for a newhire pilot is around 12 months. So, as long as they get you for that long they're looking good in their bosses' eyes.
