I have zero issues with anything done within the CBA.
Asking for a JRM pay assignment and getting it, while being called off the Standing Avail, before offering JRM assignments as outlined in the CBA, is not allowed. And if the company does this, NCCs should be filled out.
You could be the pilot, sitting home, and the one who should get the call for the easy 200% 2 day trip. But instead, it went to the pilot who was on Standing available and cut the deal with Scheduling for that trip and got it for 200% instead of you. This is happening daily.
We still have pilots who bid reserve and then try to be placed on Standing Available so that they can pick up 200% JRM trips on their off days, because they are seldom used on their reserve work days. This alone violates 2 areas of the contract and the company should not be allowing it. If they do, a NCC should be filled out.
