I was a late 2014 hire with only about 6 weeks from CJO to class. I have a couple of buddies in the Feb 22 class this month who are June 2015 CJOs. So, 4 months is a good improvement. I've also heard they don't like the pool concept so my guess is it'll be back to some normalcy, i.e. a month or two at most from CJO to class around the time you interview.

I personally don't think the pool will be empty by April, or even the end of April. Too many people in it compared to the rate of people leaving the pool. DAL said they'd put through 100 a month but unless Badger's spreadsheet is way off, I'm not seeing it.
I DO think that everyone in the pool will be assigned a training date by the end of April.
I've got a friend who got the CJO in late January or early Feb 2015. Indoc was about a 4-5 week wait. Wouldn't that be nice?
Surely the pool doesn't make Delta happy because they know that the wait in the pool is causing them to lose CJOs. I bet an April CJO could expect a wait of about a month.
