You know how it is as a newhire. You're bombarded with the "cooperate. graduate." mantra from day one. You can't cooperate and rock the fashion boat at the same time. Until the check airman stop feeling the need to set themselves apart and above the rest in the schoolhouse by dressing like pharmaceutical sales reps.. until they decide to dress normally, the newhires will continue reciprocating "to show respect".
And,yes, the 767 training is better than the whale department in all facets.
