Our ****ty N/C is already doing a fantastic job of dividing us. They refuse to fix the "slope" because it just wouldn't be fair if the senior CAs already making significantly more than junior CAs only get a smaller raise.

Someone mentioned "amateur hour" above. That's our MEC with their BS plan of forcing Ackerman on us as well as our N/C not having God---------- clue.

Completely disgraceful.
