But I do agree, offer a guaranteed interview for any current Spirit pilot and watch and see how many would interview and leave. It would actually be pretty funny to watch.
AA wouldn't do that. They need to leave room for their 2,000hr "squadron" buddies and the guys who have flown Dash 8a at Peidmont the last 15 years to "flow over"
