You got something against hiring our veteran aviators? It's always been known that military aviators gets a sort of preferential hiring to the majors. Knowing this when you started, nobody stopped you from getting that leg up.
I think they've earned it after getting a college degree + decades of service, over a high school grade that went to comair academy.
