Don't put it on your resume unless you got a type rating.

If it was just "fooling around with the sim" then you do not want to even log it. If it was actual training, then you could reasonably log it (this does require an instructor signature) and count it towards your total sim time. It's only value is as loggable instrument training, the fact that they were airliner sims means nothing.
