There's been a number of us who have been hired in the last 5 years that were waiting on the sidelines to see if this place was going to get better. Looks like it won't. I"ve received no less then 20 emails and texts from guys who are filling out all their apps today. For those looking to come aboard, if you didn't apply to southern beforehand, then don't come here because that's where it's headed. OTOH, if you need a job, then keep updating because we're in for a mass exodus.
