I dont think there is a minimum (maybe 2.0?). I assure you I was on the low end of the GPA scale. Lots of other variables. Internal recs and emails to the hiring team likely helped me get an interview. I figured it is what it is and just prepared to answer that question in the interview. Judging by your screen name you had some other things going for you! As you said, lots of variables. I think a mid 2 GPA hurt me - engineering degree from a service academy, military time but not logging flight hours, plenty of good stuff on the resume but I'm pretty certain the low GPA bumped me down the DL list... I don't think it was insurmountable but the app's no longer in so it's a moot point.
