They ask you popular old school interview questions to see if you fit the bill for our business model.
For instance,
"Would you delay the flight over a nav light being burned out?"
If you answer correctly with a wink, they continue with more questions like,
"Would you delay the flight over a multitude of neglected maintenance writeups and/or items perpetually deferred?"
Things like that.
