Unless you have a court ruling in your favor, any work action or strike would almost certainly be illegal. You don't want to go down that road without a District court ruling--don't let your emotions lead you to do something you'll regret later.
Things are going to change with the union elections in March. I think we'll see some new blood and that's never a bad thing given the recent history and the TA1 vote.
You're absolutely right, and I'm not condoning anything illegal. Just venting about the frustrations of the industry. I work for a different regional, but I feel your pain. We're all in this together. FWIW Flaps, you should be a union rep over there at Mesa. They need someone like you.
