In my opinion, leaving XJT and moving to Atlas would be a bad choice for you and your family. Stay where you are. Think short term pain for long term gain; go to a reputable airline. I recommended a few friends who are on probation right now and I feel awful, like I've sold them into some Ponzi scheme. ALL IN
