Unless you live on the east coast and have no desire to ever go west of the Mississippi, then avoid RAH.
Sure first yr pay is higher but it plateau's. They made first yr so high to get butts in the door. Rigs match SKW and don't exceed. Outstation basing will make your life miserable unless you live there.
RAH is the company where after my base closed told me to drive 4 hrs in a blizzard across the state in order to commute to ORD when all my flights cancelled. Then when I refused and commuter clause'd my trip told me I should sell my house and move my family to base. When I refused that they told me I should rent and not own a house.
If I had to do it all over with the regionals, I'd go with SKW. Better variety in trips, similar CBA, better management, better bases. In 5 yrs it won't matter where you're at since the regionals will be a shell of their former selves and most everyone on this board will be at a major.
